This week-end of celebration is also an opportunity to “reunite the antipodes” (If you drill a hole in Rome and go trough the centre of the Earth you come out of New Zealand!) and tell more about things to know on New Zealand, not only from a radio point of view (The show includes reports about Radio New Zealand International and “Onda Azzurra”, the only programme in Italian broadcast over the community radio station in Auckland, “Planet FM” on 104,6 MHz). But that is not all. We’ll also broadcast a show in English produced by Southern Rock Connection which features a NZRDXL special. And, last but not least, our playlist includes only pop rock songs from New Zealand’s musicians.
With this in
mind, we invite SWLs and Dxers to listen to Marconi Radio International
as follows: from 1630 to 1930 UTC, on 7 April 2018 on 7720 kHz (100
Watts, USB Mode) and on 9 April 2018 on 6970 kHz (1000 watts, USB mode).
We hope that at least one of the frequencies will propagate to New Zealand!!! Reception reports to: marconiradiointernational (at) gmail.com
